Domestic - Ranging from 12Kw to 130Kw with the following features;
Full Modulation - varies fuel feed and air flow to match the boiler output to optimise fuel usage and maintain high efficiency
Rotary Valve - maintains an air tight seal between the fuel supply and the fuel feed to the burn pot
Auger lock - a physical seperation between the fuel hopper and the fuel feed
Water fire Extinguisher - In the event of power failure if burning continues a supply of water will release to prevent a burn back
Auto Ignition - No need for fire lighters, all systems are fitted with electronic ignition
High limit protection - In the event of low water level (leakage) or over temperature a high limit thermostat disconnect the electricity supply totally stopping the boiler. The high limit stat requires manual re-set.
Central heating - Range from 150Kw to 250Kw
Similar to the domestic range of boilers only with larger capacity to enable multiple connections. For example small business heating, group or communal heating or heating for apartment blocks.
Additional features include the ability to utilise grade B wood pellets and the addition of the uniques clink (cinder) removal system that sweeps large particle build ups from the burn area.
Industrial - Range from 300Kw to 1Mw
The larger capacity industrial boiler range has been developed for the heating requirements necessary for factories, large retail units and warehouses. Other applications would include larger communal installations and process heating applications for manufacturing. The Industrial boiler range now incorperates 'triple pass' heat transfer to give greatly improved efficiency.
